If you do NOT check into the powers that can no longer be used, and you are trying to get accepted for a power that is listed, don't expect us to accept your character, or even post to it. If we don't you'll know why.

Please note, this is NOT a full metal alchemist site >.< I will no longer allow things from full metal alchemist, including powers, and characters. Either use a cannon from here, or be creative, don't go around stealing other people's work.
